Clement Robert, Head Sommelier at Medlar

In his current role as Head Sommelier at the outstanding Medlar Restaurant London, Clement won the prestigious title of Moet UK Sommelier of year in May 2013. He was also voted Best Newcomer by Decanter Magazine in 2012.

Clement has also held Sommelier roles at a range of distinguished hotels and restaurants across England including: Hotel Du Vin and Relais et Chateaux.
